East Sussex and Kent

Classes are held every Tuesday at Tunbridge Wells premier Fitness location The Gym 18:00 to 19:30.

Address - Rock Villa Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN1 1HA.

Classes are held every Wednesday at Five Ashes Village Hall, Five Ashes, Mayfield, East Sussex TN20 6HY and every Thursday at Quarry Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN1 2EY. Both classes start at 19:00 and finish at 21:00.
