Group classes are normally between 6 - 14 people of all genders, abilities and needs. This includes people who wish to train specifically in Urban Krav Maga, who wish to have self-defence knowledge or those who simply wish to grow more confident in themselves.


We follow the same basic structure with each class. This may vary depending on the techniques being taught or the needs of the class.

You must be over the age of 18 years old.

Please wear something comfortable to train in - but make sure it is clothing you don't mind getting pulled around, dragged or potentially ripped (old t-shirts preferable).

Please bring water/juice/any hydration that you prefer.

Please bring a towel if you wish, it is not essential but it can be quite hard work!

*If anyone under the age of 18 would like to participate in classes they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian or have written consent.

Warm Up - Mobility - Anaerobic

This allows the body to warm up and mimic different effects that the body will go through during an actual attack

Technique (1-4) - Review - Summary

The amount of techniques will be dependent on how the students feel about each technique and how confident the instructor is before moving on to the next.

Pressure Test - Cool Down

We take all the techniques we have learnt and do the pressure test - students are put into more 'real-time' situations to practice their moves.
